Since the early 1900s and over the years there have been professionals in both architecture and renovation in the Moriconi family.
It all began with Pollione, a technician for the Municipality of Todi and professor of architectural drawing who, with his creative experience and eclectic ingenuity typical of the forerunners of modern architecture, carried on his own business, later transferring his knowledge to his son Domenico and grandson Michelangelo, who modernized the ideas of his predecessors to increasingly contemporary standards.
Thus, thanks to a multi-generation experience and many years of longevity Michelangelo and Valentina Moriconi, his daughter and Junior Architect, carry on the practice by applying new technologies in the design phases while keeping alive the between tradition.
